Leadership
The structure behind a production shapes what stories are shared and how audiences experience them.
Amiera chose to pursue Theatre because it has always been the place where her creativity, leadership, and passion for storytelling come together.
Through her experiences as a writer, actress, technician, Head of Props, and Assistant Director, she discovered that what excites her most is not only being part of a performance, but also the process behind creating meaningful theatrical experiences.
She is drawn to selecting stories, organizing teams, solving problems, and bringing together the many artistic and logistical elements that allow a production to succeed.
Her goal is to become a theatre producer and help create opportunities for diverse voices and stories to be represented on stage. Theatre Arts Administration allows her to combine her love of storytelling with her strengths in leadership, organization, and collaboration.
